The Grace Schools Central People Team provides professional support across the Trust, with a focus on central recruitment, payroll and HR advisory services. Drawing on specialist expertise, the team delivers a consistent, efficient and people focused service while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safer recruitment requirements and Trust policies, enabling schools to concentrate on providing outstanding education.

Working in partnership with school leaders, the People Team manages recruitment from vacancy to appointment, delivers an accurate and responsive payroll service, and provides expert HR advice on employee relations, absence, performance, wellbeing and employment policies. Through trusted guidance and a strong commitment to compliance and best practice, the team helps schools attract, support and retain talented colleagues while ensuring people matters are managed fairly and consistently.
