Facilities Team | Grace Schools

The Grace Schools Central Facilities and Estates Team is responsible for maintaining, improving and developing the Trust's school buildings and sites, ensuring they remain safe, welcoming and fit for purpose. Through a strategic and proactive approach, the team oversees planned and reactive maintenance, capital improvement projects and the long term development of the Trust's estate.

The team manages health and safety compliance, statutory inspections, maintenance programmes and estate improvement projects. By combining technical expertise with careful planning, the Facilities and Estates Team helps create safe, sustainable and inspiring learning environments where staff and pupils can thrive.
