The Grace Schools Central Finance Team provides expert financial management and support across the Trust, ensuring resources are used effectively to deliver the greatest impact for our schools and pupils. Through centralised budget management, the team provides strong financial oversight, consistent processes and compliance with financial regulations, enabling schools to focus on delivering outstanding education.

Working in partnership with school leaders, the Finance Team develops and monitors budgets, delivers accurate financial reporting and forecasting, and provides expert financial advice. By managing budgets centrally, the team helps schools achieve greater value for money, make informed decisions and maximise the resources available to support teaching and learning.
