The Grace Schools Central Education Team brings together experienced regional directors and specialists in curriculum, inclusion and safeguarding to drive educational excellence across the Trust. Through strategic leadership, challenge and support, the team helps schools improve outcomes, develop robust and ambitious programmes of learning, and share best practice.

Partnering with Headteachers and senior leaders, the Education Team provides school improvement support, strengthens leadership capacity and promotes collaboration across the Trust. By sharing expertise and supporting high quality teaching, learning and safeguarding, the team ensures every school is equipped to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
